1. In a web browser, go to the SAP Software Downloads: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter
   
2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
   
3. In the Software Downloads page, under the tab: 'INSTALLATIONS & UPGRADES', select the following:
• By Category
• Analytics Solutions
  
6. In the Analytics Solutions page, select: Crystal Reports
   
7. In the Crystal Reports page, select the desired version of Crystal Reports. For example: 'SAP Crystal Reports 2016'
   
8. On the next page, select: 'Installation and Upgrade'
   
9. In the Installation and Upgrade page, select the Support Pack version of Crystal Reports to download.
